^ If the AV cable isnt plugged in properly then all 4 lights start flashing as soon as you turn on your 360. If the power cable isn't plugged in properly then your 360 won't turn on in the first place.

On the other hand, if the voltage fluctuates then the 360 will turn off and the 3 red lights will start flashing.
