Hello
I have a link dsl 2mb connection but about a month ago i have a problem with it. The problem is when i enter sites in my browser and press enter i cant able to connect to websites. This happens afternoon to night and at morning everything fine. Several sites cant open and some can. I have tried every browser but the same problem exits. I can open all sites at morning but at afternoon to night several sites like speedtest , yahoo and various other sites cant open.
If anything happens that is Connecting,Connecting,Connecting,Connecting and connecting
Please suggest what is the problem with it.

are the internet and dsl lights on your modem stable and blinking, at the time when those sites dont open?

Stable when i open those sites no data transfer

Change your DSL Modem... or Reset it by going to internet explorer = http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.1.1 , you can call your ISP providers means link dot net Dsl officer to come and change the DSL modem.. i think then you will get solution..... Try that because.. every DSL company like LDN, PTCL,Maxcom provides Low quality DSL modems.. thats why .. when the modems gets heat up it starting Fishing up.. and you thought your DSL company is at low service.. but ..the main probalme is of your DSL modem.. get a good DSL modem like Alcatel or Linksys.. and benq and yeah D-Link ..!

if restarting the modedm again and again doesnt work then call LDN...

They always say the same thing that their is background working and will resolve after 24hr but nothing happens

try the google dns setting.

its probably not the problem but still worth a shot.

Many systems allow you to specify multiple DNS servers, to be contacted in a priority order. In the following instructions, we provide steps to specify only the Google Public DNS servers as the primary and secondary servers, to ensure that your setup will correctly use Google Public DNS in all cases.
Note: Depending on your network setup, you may need administrator/root privileges to change these settings.
Microsoft Windows
DNS settings are specified in the TCP/IP Properties window for the selected network connection.
Example: Changing DNS server settings on Microsoft Windows 7
Go the Control Panel.
Click Network and Internet, then Network and Sharing Center, and click Change adapter settings.
Select the connection for which you want to configure Google Public DNS. For example:
To change the settings for an Ethernet connection, right-click Local Area Connection, and click Properties.
To change the settings for a wireless connection, right-click Wireless Network Connection, and click Properties.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
Select the Networking tab. Under This connection uses the following items, click Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4), and then click Properties.
Click Advanced and select the DNS tab. If there are any DNS server IP addresses listed there, write them down for future reference, and remove them from this window.
Click OK.
Select Use the following DNS server addresses. If there are any IP addresses listed in the Preferred DNS server or Alternate DNS server, write them down for future reference.
Replace those addresses with the IP addresses of the Google DNS servers: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.
Restart the connection you selected in step 3.

Yaar i get limited no connectivity some times and all lights stable on refreshing it starts working .... Try repairing ur local area network
