LG G2 LS980 sprint 3G/4G not working

i have 3G/4G enable issue how to solve this problem we cant add APN when we try to add there giving error force to stopped etc
can i convert in to internatiol rom etc or how i can solve this issue.

3G should work on it. If you are unable to add APN, it is due to software. Install this rom and you will be able to add APN. However, 4G does not work on LS980.

You can also add apn from apn tweaker app . get it from playstore . 3g works . i am using it

sprint lg g2 3G connectivity problem

i have also lg g2 LS980 ,, i have configured APN but still can connect to 3G ,always showing GSM in notification bar., i want to know what to select from "MOBILE NETWORKS" box it gives me the following options
1-Global
2-LTE/CDMA
3-CDMA
4-GSM/UMTS

plz help me on this ,, thanx in advance.

I was having this model too .. Thr 3G doesn't work on it ..its a pain ..i sold it off

i have tried on to select GSM/UMTS and GLOBAL too but still not working ..

and also someone told me to install a custom rom.. i wana ask is there any risk in installing custom rom??.. my phone is already rooted !!

if you r on mobilink you have to activate 3G to use it. dial *446#

i have lg g2 sprint 980, although it says GSM in notification but i am getting 300kb + speeds ? :O whats the issue how ever it disconnects sometimes and then reconnects itself. help me guys i am having this phone on 5 days checking warranty should i replace it ?

You don't need any settings. Just root your phone. Install xposed framework and Intelli3G then you can switch between 2G-3G-4G
