Oh great, another guy affected by the market flooded with refurbed D802's.
Take it to a repair shop and have them re-write your IMEI for 500 rs - 1k.
Your phone isn't actually a D802, it's an American variant with a modified ROM on it.

Maybe during flashing OP erased EFS folder. Erasing EFS folder results in removal of IMEI baseband etc. If he took a full backup via custom recovery like TWRP after rooting he can restore EFS folder in system partition. Other than that he is pretty much screwed.
