LG 43" UF770T 4K LED TV. A Beauty Indeed!

AOA. I recently purchased a 4K led TV for my gaming needs. Went through tons of research i preferred the Samsung J7100 series but that is nowhere available in Pakistan. The only reason i went for LG because it had the best model available locally and got it for a very good price. I was way busy testing this beauty and my God the colors are out of this world.They are so crispy that literally you will enjoy watching every inch of the scene rather than playing it :-D. Ended The Last of Us Remastered on this Led was a marvel to witness.Took 100's of screenshots. I still have to test Uncharted 4 in Up scaled 4k and i know i will take at least 1000 screenshots. Sorry for the rushed un-boxing was way too busy testing it. The magic remote is a nice gadget that allows you use it as a mouse to navigate and it make things a lot easier. Its snappy and responsive.

Got it from a shop in Karkhano market. Its brand new sealed but with only checking warranty.

Well i know how the warranty system works in Pakistan. The endless debates and excuses when it comes to actually claiming the warranty. But the price difference was a lot so i thought who cares. If it is brand new it will work just fine.

You are right. Well it can handle 1080p and 1440p in lot of games even 4k in some games but 4k60hz is not possible for the graphic card. Just waiting for the 1070 to be available locally and will switch to that. Although the TV supports 4K upscaler but true 4k 60hz is another league.

I was really impressed on how beautiful PS4 games look on this TV even in 1080p haven't tried 4k upscaled yet.

Congratz man, why you are noticing the difference is only due to the panel, 4k itself has nothing to do with it as you are upscaling it. You know quality drops when you upscale, 1080p on 1080p has better visuals over 1080p on 4k while considering the same panel. Your screen itself is very good, you will see when you run true 4k on it as you say over the 1070. And also do check that it has hdmi 2.0 to do 4k 60Hz.

Ahahaha, exactly, I remember 3 years back we bought 720p 32" led tv for 70k without warranty. It has the crapiest display ever.

Yes it has 4K 60hz ports. Two of them. And you are right about the upscaling but i have read lots of reviews and LG does a pretty good job of upscaling HD content without any softening issues. I am not saying that its better than true 4K but still a good added feature.
