I have this Lenovo B570e Laptop, I was working fine until one day when first it starting showing problems with the keyboard and gave me the key stuck error at boot, some of the keys were working some weren't but it was booting up fine and with the use of on screen keyboard I was able to log in fine, however I was not able to try and use an external kb to check the response.
But today the laptop just gave up, takes a good 5-6 mins on the Lenovo boot screen where it has a loading bar at the bottom. I can't get into the BIOS/setup using the F2 key have tried using an external kb but no avail as the external kb doesn't even show any power light (tried all usb slots).
Once it gets past the boot screen, I am greeted with a message "ERROR LOADING OPERATING SYSTEM" with no other option besides restarting the pc and hoping it will turn on fine this last time.
Got any suggestions to save this laptop from the hands of those repairwalas?
