UPDATE (23-11-14)

Well my system is now up and running, building in this small enclosure was very frustrating with having to remove parts again and again but all turned up great in the end.

Final Specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7 4790k 4.4GHz
Mobo: Asus Maximus VII Impact
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce GTX780
Ram: 8GB Corsair Vengeance 1866Mhz DDR3 (2x4gb)
SSD: 120GB Samsung 840 EVO (Boot Drive & 120GB Kingston V300 (Games SSD)
HDD: 1TB Seagate (thinking of buying a 3TB Drive)
Casing: Silverstone Milo ML07 ITX (with 3x superfine magnetic filters)
Case Fans: 2x Corsair SP120 Quiet Edition 120mm Fans
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-L9i Low Profile Cooler for ITX Systems
Sound Card: Asus SupremeFX (Add-on card with Maximus VII Impact)
Controller: XBox One Controller for Windows

Really pleased with the build. Its about the same size as the Xbox One but quite alot more powerful and easily up gradable. Runs super cool and quiet.

Hey Guys,

In UK for a week and decided to buy stuff not available in Pakistan for the ITX Build i have been planning for quite some time.

Got the following parts so far:

Asus Maximus VII Impact Motherboard
Silverstone ML07 ITX Gaming HTPC Case
silverstone 600Watt SFX Power Supply for ML07 Case
Noctua NH-L9i CPU Cooler

I have planned to buy only parts which are not available in Pakistan easily.
I am seriously considering buying a 128 or 256gb Samsung 850 Pro SSD as well.

Rest of the parts will be taken from my current system which includes:

1. Gigabyte Windforce GTX 780
2. 8gb (4gb x 2) Corsair Vengeance 1866MHz DDR3 Ram
3. 1TB HDD

All items were purchased from Scans Computers near Manchester who are also providing me with a VAT Refund form so hopefully will save some money there as well. Planning on buying the Core i5 4690k from Lahore when i come back, Other than that i think we are set to build this baby up after 22Nov when i come back.

Will appreciate any recommendations.

Great selection of components, especially the casing, it can fit into a media console as HTPC.

How much did the case cost you and please explain about the VAT refund, can we get it here?

Really nice hardware man. I somehow did like these small factor rigs.

So prices in terms of UK PC hardware still isn't that cheap. OC UK isn't that bad, and Aria PC gives discounts to forums members in the UK.

Yup buying from UK is generally a stupid idea however with 20% VAT refund at the airport for non EU Residents it brings prices down to near US prices provided the retailer supports the Retail Export Scheme which as far as I know only Scan Computers does.
I really think the future is in the SFF for PC Gaming. Somehow the huge tower water cooled SLIed systems dont attract me anymore.

Yup i was in the same boat. To be honest the Z97i is feature rich and priced reasonably. This board however has a add on SupremeFX Sound Card which is unmatched by other other ITX Boards hence the reason for my purchase.6

Looking good with the components there.
Btw the vat refund actually turns out to be close to 10% at the airport rather than the stated 20.

Basically they'll charge you service charges and etc. So instead of 20% of the retail price you'll get close to 10-11%
