For the past week or so I have been having an issue with UFONE service msg. The msg is:

I looked up solutions to this and found nothing but people saying it's a new or old UFONE scam where they suck out all your balance that you had in the sim but the thing is I never had any balance in the sim to begin with. I use UFONE super card and so I don't need any balance in the sim to use. Some help regarding this would be much appreciated. I haven't contacted UFONE about this issue because of what I found on the internet about it being a scam.
