Is the EASE 024I10 Good?

I am in the market for some new monitors and I have stumbled across this monitor:-

I can't seem to find any reviews for this so I came here looking if anyone has this monitor and can tell me how it is. Or if anyone has a good option in around PKR40K range.

I don't know much about it. Have you considered other options within your budget? Maybe the ASUS VG248QE?
