Is LG Optimus LTE2 F160 worth buying ?

Is LG Optimus LTE2 F160 Worth buying ??? My Budget is 16k

I love the specs:

2GB Ram, Display, and processor

*The problem is that my friend wont allow me to buy this set. he is saying that he has used this phone and he says that it has no resale.

Should i go for it or should i buy some Sky Vega phn as my friend is telling me to...

I personally am using it and it's an awesome phone. It beats HTC one x in many benchmarks and it's gpu and ram is better than s3.

I believe an LG phone would have more re-sale value then that of a SKY... I have used SKY A820L, it was a good phone but would get heat-up easily. Plus, LG phone's look promising if you want to use it for yourself... kitne ka mil rha hai?

Because of the ROM. Korean phones are great if you can install either international rom or cm10.1 etc on them. If not then you are stuck with whatever comes with the phone and you need to find workarounds to the problems it has. A hardware is as good as the software that drives it...

I hate Q mobiles but i cant find any other in my range....

What do you think about Noir A900 or A700 slightly used

Are the displays of these mobiles worth it. Are they close to S-LCD or S-amolded

and how do they perform ?

A900 and a700 are good
But resolution is low on a700
Both have ips lcd display
Battery wise a700 is best
Display wise a900 is good

LG lte 2 is a real perfect phone with ideal screen size and better display with 2gb ram

and the battery problem which a few members mentioned its not an issue, if u r a software geek,

by rooting the phone and after installing a custom rom u can disable useless softwares or even uninstall it, it will manifolds the battery timing, i increased mine to almost 2 days with low use(texting and a few calls, not wifi)

so its better to spend money on this.

and for resale its quite OK, even sky phones can be sold of just with a 2,3k loss, which is must for every phone sale.

i must encourage this purchase
