If wanted to know if anyone is using 3.60 Version Spoofer V1.1? And if someone is can you play online safely on PSN or If you are having any other problem?

NO YOU CANT! its just for preventing you from accidentally updating, nothing more its not the real 3.60 HOWEVER you can play on the dev servers with spoofed mac address which is perfectly safe.
