"iPhone 5 " could not be restored an unknown error occurred (14) (Help)

Asallam u alikum Everyone

My iphone 5 was jailbroken and when i tried to update to latest IOS 9 it started reboot simantaniouly when reach to apple logo.
and then i tried to restore through itunes and during restore i receive this error "iPhone " could not be restored an unknown error occurred (14)

I've tried numerous times - still getting the same issue. Please help!

Error 14
If the USB connection between your device and computer is interrupted, you might not be able to update or restore.
To narrow down the issue, try different equipment:

• Use the USB cable that came with your device, or a different Apple USB cable.
• Plug your cable into a different USB port directly on your computer. Don't plug it into your keyboard.
• Try a different computer.

If you still see the error message chek for hardware issue
