Ipad 2 Wifi Connectivity issue

Hi Pg Guru's

I recently bought a Slightly Used Apple Ipad 2 Wifi +3G 64 GB Version.

Its Working Perfectly fine but when it comes to Network it Sucks.I have to Sit in front of Router in Order to Connect otherwise it will not detect.Means i can't Use Wifi in all the areas of my Home instead i have to sit near Router to make it work.

I was searching on Google and found that lots of people have Similar issues.But in there cases they are able to Connect with low Reception,In my Case i could not see any Wifi Networks if i leave the Router Place.

My All other handheld devices are Working on the same router with Excellent Strength.

Can Someone help me on this I am not Sure if its an Hardware issue or Some setting can do the Trick,I Updated the Latest O.S ver 6 and still no Result

Can we Replace the Wifi Antena? Does anyone know a good place in Karachi who can Fix Ipad?
