In an Azaaab ... because of ptcl :)

hello mates
i have a 4mb connection and it has always worked fines but(evil)from 15 days
im having severe problems with my connection i ve complained plenty of times even i had a visit
from ptcl's technician but that jackass didnt knw how to operate a damn simple computer browser dammit!!!!
MY PROBLEM:
my problems include
no connection for about 20 hours a day and when connected u cant open google.com and how comforting is that u can understand i guess.
my dwnload stream is now limited to only 1mbps ..
but from 2 days now i can browse net but cant dwnload anything and cant watch any videos



DOnt knw what has hapened to my beloved connection plz give me some sugggestions how to deal with it :S:S:S:S:

i am having this problem from long time and upon complaining ptcl said this fault is in cable due to excess of joints(in our cable ptcl cable got stolen once in a week)
so it cant be overcomed
