Sorry for the late response.
Yar, currently in this economy.
It is extremely hard to build an up to date system within 50K.

I recommend getting a console for video games and spending around 15-18k on a used branded system to get your day to day life on computer going.

Any case should be good enough, honestly.
Get any around 6000 to 8000rs.

Regarding PSU,
Well, it really depends.
Gold is always better than Bronze but bronze isn't a bad deal either.

The only thing that matters is the quality of the PSU.
Currently, these are the ones I recommend, staying assured they wont cause you any harm down the line.

Corsair CV, TX-M and RMx series.
Thermaltake Grand series.
(They are pricey, very pricey but they're the only ones I'd get to live worry-free). You should be able to find them in the market, though they need some looking out for because they are the only good pieces available in the whole country.

If you get used, (Which I don't recommend but if left with no choice, ONLY look for these brands/series).
Antec
Seasonic
CoolerMaster GX-m
Corsair TX (Gold label)
Bro I already have PS4 but I need PC.
Because PC has free mutliplayer, 50+fps and mouse/keyboard because shooting games are best on PC. Also you can play whatever you want on PC from oldest games to the Latest games. PC has freedom thats why I want it.. But my Real and actual budget is 100k Max.. I was getting HP Omen i7 8th gen gaming laptop with 1060m gtx and 16GB Ram for 130k to 150k price in May-July 2020.. bhai aur idher mein desktop PC woh bhi i3 me 100k me banane ja raha hoon.. I feel like I am stupid AF... Now i am Regretting my decision of not buying i7 8th gen gaming laptop.

I have finally made PC and specs are
Core i5 9400f
GTX 1660 6GB
16 DDR4 2666 Ram
128 SSD for WIndows, 1TB for Games and other things
Thermatake SMART RGB 600W PSU

Currently I am satisfied with this build and getting 60+ fps on very high and ultra settings in 1080P on most of the games.. Currently I am using Dell U2711 which I bought previous year for PS4.. But Now since I shifted my PS4 to TV room, I am using Dell U2711 Monitor for this build.. I have problem with this monitor, even though it works fine but it get overheat real quick in like 5 to 10 mins, however no problem in display but heating is so high that whole room temperature increases as well.. And that thing makes me worry about electricity bills.. I also need a good quality Bluetooth 5.0 adapter for this PC...
