if u have some reputed brand psu..then Grab Sparkle GTX 460 Caliber edition. but i would advise u get AMD 6790 @ 14k. and some quad core after selling ur processor

ahan yupe i dont have good ventilation.... but the problem is that EVGA doesn't have any good card in 20k range!
