Guys, i have wateen, 512K package with 10 GB download limit!
MY QUESTIONS ARE:
* U all know when using torrents, when one is downloading a file, it is also uploading, would this uploading count in my download limit of 10GB???

* When watching videos on youtube or something like that, do those videos count in the DL limit?

(I really hate the 10 GB cap)

Yes it does you are actually downloading the vid and watching it even browsing consumes your download limit.

duno abt uploading..but yes..everything u do on net is counted..whether playing games,streaming audio n video n downloading browsing etc..everything u do on net is counted....

I asked the wateen customer service about the uploading and they said it counts in the limit!!
This means that I CANNOT seed the games from private torrents . They will surely ban me!

Just remember a simple rule, whatever activity you are doing using your connection i-e chatting on MSN, uploading, doing voice communication etc from A to Z counts in towards your bandwidth utilization.

Also, just for your information UP-Steam cost more to ISPs then Down-Stream, and this is the reason other ISPs like PTCL etc offer very limited uploading speed.
