Just wait. international update will be available soon.... don't manually flash KITKAT on your handset....
There will be no KitKat update for international version of of Huawei honor 3c.I called airlinkcommunication few days ago the official distributor of Huawei products in Pakistan and they confirmed that this handset will not be getting KitKat update.
^usually even official distributor here (Pakistan) knows nothing about there product, so there is still a chance of it in coming months, else xda is your friend but I don't recommend to flash it manually unless you know what you are doing and currently people having issues with Chinese firmware.

I did flash my Honor 3C with Chinese KitKat manually and magically my IMEI became null
then I downgraded to good old JB
