How to Update my Dashboard from 15574 without cpu key

salam, i have a jtaged xbox 360 slim 4gb version and its on dash 15574 i wanted to update it on my own coz iam in a village at the moment(no xbox expert shops) but on internet i have seen that 15574 cant be updated because its cpu key cant be found? is there any way i can update my dashboard? iam having a lot of problem with new games gta v, theif, watchdogs etc etc any help please?

turn on your console then turn it off .. .then turn on again via EJECT button .. you should see BLUE XELL screen and your CPU KEY few moments later .. post here if you can see the CPU key and ill guide you further ... alternatively .. if you can an accelerated solution.. call me on 0345-8223770 and i will guide you step by step on call

Thankyou i have tried booting with eject button but no blue screen shows up neither on hd nor on sd tv, it starts as it usualy starts with Microsoft logo [MENTION=2128]faizy[/MENTION]

^use SIMPLE NAND FLASHER and dump your nand onto a USB flash drive .. it should dump the CPU KEY along with the nand file .. check and post back

First check if your console is a corona or previous model, google it. Then follow this link step by step

It has steps for a corona variant as well as previous motherboard models.

thank you [MENTION=2128]faizy[/MENTION] bhai, finaly i got my cpu key thank you very very much. it was shown on the screen and was written in the usb too, but now as [MENTION=17078]ahmedleo[/MENTION] said i dont know which mobo is my console, even if i knew i still can not find enough guts to update the dash myself what if i brick my console ? i have found some tutorials but all of them require some skills, i think i cant do it :-( ,

First off consoles manufactured after August 2011 are Corona, just to verify that check the current rating on your power brick, if it is 9.86A then it is CORONA. I was newbie (still am ) when I first updated my dash, I simply followed the instructions for the corona model and it went smooth.
