How to setup a Wi-Fi Range Extender

this router is very old model i am not sure whether it supports the wi-fi range extender i am a bit unconscious about this product that is why i have not unboxed it until yet

i am trying to opening the the wifi extender configuration page (192.168.0.50) but its not opening DAP-1325 wifi network is giving limited connectivity in my computer
