I want to know if anyone can make payments for me as I don't have any card to make online payments. Anyone?

Also some people said that custom people will charge but my friends who ordered said its not like that.

So anyone out there? I want to make a small purchase in start just to check it. I'll make payment in advance...

So many young patients I saw in my last 5 years with Kidney failure without any underlying disease. Most of them had history of intake of Body building supplements prescribed by Hakeems. Hope what you are buying is legitimate, tested and trials by thousands before.

Well that's scary but it's not recommended by a hakeem. I'll obviously but it from a reputable company such as Optimum Nutrition who has a very good reputation... What are your thoghts on Whey Protein Doctor sahab? Since my mom saw my supplements today and she's unhappy. I think they're good as far as you know about them, the dose and everything + a solid workout and water intake.

I know it's not that long of a period to determine anything but I've been taking ON's Whey Protein and Creatine Powder for a year now with adequate water intake. No issues Alhumdullilah.

@Thread Why not purchase locally from a well known store? If you're in Karachi you can visit Farid's.

Its known that "if you go against Nature, Nature will try to kill you". If you see remains of Cave man of Ancient times, they had strongest bones, they were mscular and ready for anything. Why? Because Human being is meant to hunt running after their kill, Fight them and hunt them. They ate animals proteins. Get hold off Natural Proteins like meat. Maybe it doesnt make your muscles as much but they wont at least kill you as its not against nature.

It's very expensive in Pakistan bro. I live in Islamabad and it's not affordable. Lol. 8800 for Gold Standard is TOO much.

Yes but I guess Whey protein is not against the nature and it has been tested since decades now. Studies have shown that it has good impacts on the overall health.

Whey is good and safe but it does give you acne if you're prone to it.

I guess only if you don't have an adequate amount of water intake.
Nah, the supplement taker will get it irrespective of the his water intake. It's due to some hormones found in whey protein which cause acne, the same hormones can also be found in milk.

How can you say that? I haven't got any till now. Also you've to take shower after gym. The gym sweat really can cause pimples all over the body but SHOWER can help you with that.

I have tried and tested this and so have many other people around the world, you can find many stories on Google. I think almost everyone takes a shower after a gym session. And I mentioned that what I say applies to people with acne prone skin.

Whey is perfectly safe to use as long as you don't over dose it, which is approx 2-2.5g per KG of your weight.
Also keep in mind these popular brands like Optimum Nutrition/Muscle tech etc have good reputation but they are not medically certified.
Only stick to whey protein for a starter and don't take any Pre workouts, those usually have far different chemical compositions by each company which may or may not have weird side effects, also avoid any whey which has Creatine mixed in it.

EDIT: Finally its only cheaper to order from bodybuilding if you buy in bulk, buying a single 5lbs jar will be almost same price as bought locally after factoring in the shipping and customs paid.

I'm not a beginner anymore and I've been using things as prescribed on the label. So far everything is good. Whey is basically powdered food and nothing else. People needs to understand this.

I'm on Creatine since more than 2 months. It's tested and safe to use as well. I've read studies/articles about it.
