Are you an extreme-gamer?? Cannot stop playing video games?? You don't have to. Not having as much fun you used to have?? There must be a reason.

Shooting games and First Person Shooters
Don't tell me you don't waste more time in shooting then doing anything else when you're playing games. From Call of Duty to GTA, RDR to Dead Space....even Tekken fighters are using Gatling guns now! The point is....research shows that people who play lot of shooting games get irritated and angry more than usual...bolay tau wo chirchiray ho jatay hain. Yes..even i noticed that with myself!! So here is a solution...you may wanna lower the volume or turn of the vibration sometimes eg: there are points in RDR where you hold the trigger for gattling gun for about 5 mins or so...and may wanna turn off the vibration in times like this. Now i play a lot of FPS's too. According to study it kinda increases your IQ and teach us how to make decisions faster....yes you can smile now. But keep it balanced.
Play games and nurture yourself!
WE CAN LEARN A LOT FROM GAMES. So what kind of games do you play..?? Well whatever video games we play i think we get CAN get some benefit from all of them except boxing and wrestling (but it is fun). FPS's i mentioned before. We should play more intellectual games like Portal 2 or Halflife 2 etc...this makes us more intelligent and enhances our ability to think and understand better...or how to tackle situations. Video games can even greatly increase our vocabulary IF we pay some attention to it,that is. If you're a student...any word you hear or see in the subtitles and you dun know the meaning of it just look up in the dictionary...you can learn more than your think.
Playing with....(DJ)
If you're playing 6 hrs a day just sitting infront of the TV alone then at some point you will starting to feel boring and its just like your only playing for the trophies and not for the fun of it! Invite some frnds and plaly Fifa and order a pizza n its a party! Play with your lil bro or sis....afterall there no time like family time! However, studies have shown that playing online is actually good as it teaches us teamwork and how to co-operate or smthing abhi yad nai a raha.
Healthy gaming
You may have noticed it behind the cd boxes so its more of a reminder....TAKE 15 MINS OFF AFTER EVERY HOUR OF GAMEPLAY! I dun know abt you guys but i start to feel a little dizzy when i play for too long...and long spells of gaming is common cuz of the online play...so try to give your brain a rest. And lower the brightness a little to avoid blackpatches under your eyes (bolay to halkey par jatay hain na ankhon pe...achay nahi lagtay ). And balance your gaming life and real life. Too much of anything is bad..if you don't..get out, join some sports club or get a gf you know
Video games changing your nature :mental
This is something more serious than your think. Its human nature that we act or our brain thinks the same way what we see or whats happening around us...if you know what i mean. If your little brother is shooting of peoples head in GTA and running the car over the pedestrians on purpose a lot..then he needs help....THERE IS A REASON ITS RATED MATURE! So dun feel proud 'k usney kitne bnde maray'...that affects him yar...its bad for kids. Also watchout what you are playing and how it is affecting you.
So yea i guess thats pretty much it. n btw i play video games A LOT .i may have offended you guys but i felt its important to share the little knowledge knowledge i have to help my fellow Pakistani brothers.
