Does anyone here know how to configure Smart TV with a new VDSL modem? PTCL installed a new modem for me today - same make and model as my last one so I didn't think it would cause any issues but Smart TV has stopped working and the tech guy is ignoring calls and texts. I called 1218 and the guy tried talking me through the steps but halfway through the call I could tell he was reading a script and had no idea what he was saying. Long story short, it didn't work. If anyone can help me configure it, I'd be very grateful.
