How to configure an AP / Repeater

Hello all. I have a 30MB Nayatel Connection that is extended through an ethernet cable to a PTCL AN 1020-25 router with v2.0 software installed (default) for upstairs. I want to configure this PTcl router as a repeater that would give a 30MB speed smoothly without any issues. Pl guide with a step by step.

Disable DHCP on the PTCL router, set IP in the same subnet as main router and reboot.

For example if main router is 192.168.18.1, then set the LAN IP of the PTCL router as 192.168.18.10 or any other available IP from the 192.168.18.x subnet.
