How is BrainNET Fiber (Lahore)? QoS / Speed / Customer Support etc.

Hi everyone! My first post here after going through dozens of threads about different ISPs and their issues in Lahore. I was hoping to try out FiberLink, but haven't read or heard anything good about them, their customer support and their quality of service -- so that option is out for now.

Does anyone has any experience with BrainNET Fiber? I like their packages/rates, and being in Allama Iqbal Town (Lahore), I think my block will be covered as they have an office nearby. I'm going to visit their office in the morning, but would love to know if anyone here has had any experience with them before. Any feedback will be appreciated! :)

Currently, I have PTCL, WorldCall and Zong 4G (Internet SIM) for home use!

I've heard of it before, never used it and as far as I know, no one on PG has it. If they're available in your area, go for it, because if it's Fiber, they really can't go wrong.
Also, do check if StormFiber is available in your area. They're equally good and have decent packages as well.

Brainnet is by far the best ISP in Lahore right now, its the most stable experience i have had from any bandwidth provider soo far i have their dedicated corporate line for my gaming cafe which works perfectly on my 20 PC setup.

The best thing is that they care about their customers i always get a call if their is a scheduled downtime for maintenance and if my link goes down for some other reason they send the support team out right away to fix it.

Looking good it would be awesome if you get to keep your current speed but most likely they will cap it in a couple of days

Anyone else using BrainNet in lahore? I live near Model Town link road pace. Want to get a good fiber isp. Sir kindly tell me the cost of installation and time period.

Hey y'all. This is a really old thread but I didn't know where to ask this question.

But I'm thinking of getting brainnet in mustafa town Lahore. How are the pings to EU, SGP and Dubai valve servers? Can anyone from Lahore tell me? Also, do they use TW routing?
