no it works on any 360...even those who aren't moded and connect to live on regular basis.its a kind of software that allows to u mod ur save files or GT files to unlock certain items or hack certain games.its done in a way that is undetectable by MS for nw.

Umm. Sometimes you get stuck on a level. Or in the case of FFXIII some people were having trouble getting past a certain boss so they modded their saved file to rank up their character. Not necessarily a bad thing.
