As an example, according to this say all 22yr old who conceive in Feb will have male children. Does this make sense ? The sex of the child is determined by the sperm not the egg. So this appears to be a hoax. And if you tried and say it works well maybe it was a coincidence that it matches but that is what Allah has meant the child to be.
