HIS R9 270 2GB IceX2 heating issue

Assalam O alaikum

I recently purchased this card from one of the PG member. The card is having heating issues. It reaches to 90+ on Battlefield Hard-line, MGS 5 and Arkham Knight.
The idle temps are 36. My chassis's side panel is opened. And room temperature is fine too.
I suspect the card loses its thermal compound. Well the card is under warranty (maybe 2 months left) but it was bought from Galaxy Lahore and I live in Karachi.
Anyone here to help me out.
P.S any hardware geek living in Clifton or DHA so I could show to him personally.

Card reached 93 (max) on Jail mission (Battlefield Hard-line)
And
It did reach 93 on MGS phantom Pain 's starting cut scene.

Overheating issue. RMA it if you can . otherwise, you can apply new paste to the chip.

Sometimes re-applying fresh paste can resolve overheating issue. not apply in all cases. but this is last resort.

I'll be taking it too Galaxy Karachi. I did call and they said if you bought from Lahore then send it to Lahore. Hates the customer support.

in hotter climate like Karachi at full load it can reach up to 85C... normal is 75-80

have u tried setting the fan speed??

Yes bro. Before I start MGS or BFH, I set fan to either 75% or 100%. Through Msi Afterburner and yes it spins really fast . about 3500 RPM on 100%

It reaches to 90+ as soon as I run Furmark even on 720 resolution. Within 5 seconds. Then I close it.

As you've bought it they can't listen to you, go to hell (after customer bought any item in Pakistan.
If you were in Europe, UK or any christian country they would replace it.

Plus i think you might damage it yourself using
