high ping in csgo

i use 4mbps ptcl package but lately (for a month) im getting high ping 120-150ms.. i used to get 50-70ms but now im ping is very. im from quetta not single ptcl agent knows sh!t about how to fix can you provide me some help or tell me how do i explain them easily what is my issue
also my automatically disconnect sometime

theres some issue with the dubai servers. Im getting high ping in dota2, csgo and bf1. The 120 latency you're getting is because you're connecting to the SEA servers i think.

yup i have been matchmaking in singapore server.. but are you sure its problem from their end ?

I talked to nayatel about this a week ago , they told me dont expect it to be fixed before September at the very least , whatever internet u have nayatel ptcl storm fiberlink expect shit pings to Dubai saudia side.i was Getting 50 Ms a few days back in bf1 again woke up the next day and back to 290 on transworld bandwith

yup about two days ago i was getting below 70ms but next day its back to 150-120ms... life brutal xD

I am from Karachi and I am getting 160 ms on Dubai servers as well since atleast a month (it used to be 45ms average)

I am facing high pings from a month now. used to be 70-85 on dxb but now 160-180..zong 4g :3 I thought only zong is affected by this but i guess others are as well...

Thanks. Looks like PTCL are peering privately with Omantel. The hosts for bf1, i3d.net, agreed a deal with them a couple of days after the TW cable cut unfortunately. Once, the cable is fixed which is apparently only 3-4 days from now we should be getting 20-30 pings in Karachi as Omantel is TW's upstream provider. Good stuff

Being on StormFiber, I used to have 18ms on Dubai through Transworld route. Since July 6, its fucked up.
Even no ETA is provided for the cable cut by TW. 160ms minimum now.

Oh then it's just a coincidence. The thing about TW and Omantel still stands. We will get normal pings as soon as cable is fixed. Normally PTCL depend on Etisalat and Etisalat haven't been able to come to an agreement with i3d so no solution there.

hahaha MGE to silver 3 stopped playing due to high ping...ab tou sgp pr b 170 ati hai and dubai 180-210

2months tou hgye abi tk fix ni hua yh sb dont know kab ho...just pray pray pray ^^
