High latency on PTCL since like 6 weeks....

give me some ip/tool etc ill check it for you as i also have ptcl but i dont play WOW.
i meant the server ip ill ping it for you. like this is of dubai valve server (dxb.valve.net) and this is of asia 1 (sgp-1.valve.net)
I am playing BO3 on EU servers and ping is awesome. Around 160-180 ms and joining lobby was never easy like this before. Just call PTCL guys and get it checked. On Dota 2 EU pings are also around 200 which is casual.
Happened with me on Battlefield 1. It was like for 2 months. Then it resolved on its own. I complained one time too. But it went away like two weeks later
