[HELP] Worldcall+TP link Router

AoA all....
I recently shifted to Worldcall Telecom....and the problem i am having is how to connect the worldcall modem to my wireless router which is the TP link TL-WR541G....
Please can someone guide me the process on how to connect it to the wireless device.... i did it with PTCL but cant figure out the IPs for the Worldcall....
Need Help quick
P.S my modem is plug and play...

and i tried Dynamic IP settings... it didnt work

Network > MAC Clone > Clone MAC Address > Save
