Help PTCL officials not helping

i want to know a number of a highly ranked person of PTCL. i have called them daily for more than 7 days . i told them that my DSL ISNT working . they said we will send a person tomorow . i have tried alot but they didntcame back . So i neeed a number of a highly ranked employee of PTCL. I live in RAWALPINDI.

omg my frnd i have the same prob with PTCL!...there service is shit and the net kept dissin....so i told my father....n he called one of their managers....messed him up and there was a repair guy at my door, pronto....

anyway, call 17 n ask for the number of their manager... im sure it'll work,,,

yeah the disconnecting problem will be solved in time....cause they're gonna add fibre optic cables to certain areas like mine...and then it will work 24/7 without disconnecting inshallah

bro u should visit there offices in oindi and request an audience with the revenue officer.

tell what problem u are facing and he will help u!!!!!!!!!

the guys at technical support are all dumbasses..they keep saying will send a guys and they do not..

there is communication gap between islamabad offices and pindi hq.they dont relay info regarding islamabad users to pindi hq..which pindi hq have to forward them..

so visit the pindi exchange ,go talk to revenue officer ok?

i've been waiting for more than a month for them to come and install my dsl...but heck! im still good with this connection so whenever they must come

and if i had to pay some 1200+ rs for a connection, i wud expect the help service to be really good...and if they dont respond in 3 days, im gonna goto the exchange and bash every single person i find (with my baloch driver, i can get a REAL gun w/o bullets anytime i want )

Thats odd.

I got my connection 2 days after I went to the PTCL exchange asking for it .

Guy came from techincal support 1 or I think 2 days after I called, that too on a strike day :S

Nuthing will be done. Just lame excuses. They are more interested to grab the clients and provide the service rather than rectifying the fault to gain more satisfied customers. I prefer pvt companies on this scenario

One month.....I got mine connection in just one day.i called them in the morning and they came to me at after noon.

i hav heard the same story from many people using PTCL , and U know what ,
this is the Only Reason i am waiting for LINK.net to be avialable , and other companies to introduce more packages ^_^

PTCL customer service suks !! I got billed from the day i put request on their website, their tech person came after 8 days after my request submission so i got billed for 8 days extra. and when i got to the DE of my exchange he just didnt do anythng.

another thing is check ur signal strength it shows in (dB) units also called SNR . it should be atleast above 10 to get DSL working ok . or else u will face slow speeds and other problems.
