I HAVE AMD DUAL CORE ATHLON X2 4800+ 2.5GH WITH GIGBYTE MOTHERBOARD AND 2 GB OF RAM KINGSTON I AM FACING PROB THAT MY PC GOESS SHUTDOWN SUDDENLY THIS PROB WILL RANDOMLY OCCURS THERE IS NO EXACT TIME FOR THIS I CHECKED MY RAM AS WELL . it is due to voltage drop.as u in our country voltage does,nt remain constant.my pc also shuts down when voltage reaches below 150.use voltage stabilizer.if u are already using stabilizer then it may be due to ur cpu heating up

Bro when u play game at that time ur is PC is at highest Usage So it consume maximum watts and needs handsome voltage.But wait!You said it goes to shutdown if it was a voltage problem then it could probably went to RESTART or CPU with only POWERLIGHT ON.So i think it may b a overheating problem too.Please mention ur PC specifications with detail i.e Powersupply,Graphics card,Chassis,etc so that we can judge ur problem.

change that PSU as soon as possible, was happening with me and i ended up changing literally everything, so before it does any serious damage to your components change that damn power supply
Do you have integrated graphics or dedicated GPU? I had a similar issue and it was related to overheating of GPU.
If you do have dedicated GPU, install Furmark, and do a stress test. Keep your eye on the gpu temp. If it hits around 100c your pc will either shutdown totally or your gpu will stop working.
Also your GPU should maintain atleast a temp of below 70. Anywhere around 50 is good.

Check your power supply or try also adding thermal paste ( good quality ) to sustain the high bottle neck temperature rise.
I'm surprised no one has mentioned overheating yet boldly.
Dude! 99% of the cases, it's overheating.
Open up your rig and use an electric blower to remove all lose dust and dirt. Then open up the heatsink, remove the old thermal goo with a lint free cloth / tissue and any alcohol based solvent (aftershave preferred since it's mostly oil-free). Once dry, apply a pea drop sized thermal paste in the center of the processor and seat the heatsink.

Started Dead Island 2, and i find it pretty lame. The story is shit. The characters are either cringe or bland (all 6 of them), The gameplay isn't fun. Even the goddamn zombies don't behave like proper zombies. They're all fast & intelligent unlike how zombies are supposed to be like. Any fan of "zombie" genre cannot possibly like this shitfest of a game. Dying Light 2 was million times better than this shit.
