Help Needed Upgrading Current Rig

Hey guys.
its been quite a long time since i've kept up with the latest stuff.... and i really need to upgrade my aging PC..

so i'm gonna have to ask u guyz for suggestions for upgrading my pc.... give me the best recommendations according to my requirements..

Current PC :
Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 @ stock 2.66Ghz (needs replacement)
XFX 750i Mobo (needs replacement)
EVGA 9800GTX+ (needs replacement)
2 GB Kingston Standard 800Mhz RAM (needs replacement)
1.25TB storage space (Seagate 1TB + 250GB)
Creative X-fi titanium
Coolermaster CM690
Coolermaster 600Watts PSU (may need replacement due to greater power consumption)
complete 5.1 home theatre setup including polk tower speakers rear sattelites and center channel

Requirements :
HTPC (yes that includes 720p and 1080p movies)
Heavy Gaming
Tons of Music
Autocad
overall High system Overclockability
budget : 100k for upgrading components (sandy bridge Processor i guess ?? ,mobo dont know ?? etcetc..
and selling off old cpu ,mobo ,ram maybe psu aswell..

Give me solid recommendations of good GPU and MOBO brands that will last me a good long time without further upgrading components...

i suggest that get a 2500k instead 2600k. you will save 10k but wont loose much

all is great but..
why change my 600W CM PSU to a 600W xigmatec ? any good reason to spend 6.2k ?

all this is great but can u suggest any card from nvidia ? some thing within the same price range of the 6950 ICEQ *preferably Evga* i just love evga stuff i dont know why..?

i suggest that get a 2500k instead 2600k. you will save 10k but wont loose much

theres only a small multiplier difference in both Processors rite ? and the extra threads will not give much of an increase will they ? in like autocad and gaming ?

if your CM 600 watt is running fine then keep it, check its voltages under Furemark stress (especially 12 volt) , if it goes below 12 then better to change the PSU with new setup, try Corsair or Thermaltake PSUs if required

2600k has 4 real and four HT based cores, total 8, while 2500k has 4 cores, however 2500k is more than enough, try to spend 10k on another item instead of getting 2500k, i think you don't have a CPU cooler

Instead of MSI Z68, get Asus P8Z68-V PRO, but it is highly over priced, you can consider Asus P8P67 PRO @ 17.8k, the best board in its price

Well man the thing is that the new GTX600 GPU's of Nvidia would most probably have PCI-E 3.0 in them which means that you can only get some good use from it by first of all have a Mobo that does support this new GEN3 standard and then most importantly you'll also need an Ivy Bridge Processor to make that all happen....... but the downside of it is that you gotta wait quite some few months for the processor and the GPU to be released but the GEN3 Mobo is already out but obviously not in pak
So its your move to make man.....

i recommend you to get core i5-2500k with asus p67 pro as usman bhai said and in remaining money purchase a good gpu with rijpawsX rams 4gb and 2tb seagate 7200.12 hard drive

I agree with smjunaid!...i5 2500k can be Overclocked a bit to match 2600k's performance...i5 2500k is totally worth it!...

For Motherboard: MSi Z68A-GD65 - 22k

Don't worry that Antec EarthWatts 750W is more than enough to run two of these cards in SLi and it's better to spend on a Z68 motherboard than the P67 one...and Yes, the MSI Z68A-GD65 can do both SLi and CrossFire-X...and Grab that GPU before it gets out of stock...It's totally a steal for 32.5k!...You won't regret getting that MSi GTX 570..Trust me!...It's a beautiful card by a beautiful brand!...
