Assalamu Allaikum Dear PG brothers.
I have Dell U2711 27inch 2K monitor which i bought from saddar at 9k previous year.. but it gets heat very quick considering that its very old monitor.. I think it will increase my Electricity bills.. I have seen other brands monitors which are 27inch FHD 1080p monitors but they are priced between 25k to 35k..
Please tell me which is best Monitor to buy if I want 1080p FHD 60hz 27inch monitor which should atleast have 1 displayport.
I can't understand one thing is that why Dell U2711 is so cheap at just 9k with HDMI, Speaker, Displayport, VGA, and DVI.. which makes me think that it might be cheaper because of old chips, as its also get heat up very quickly.. however it has nice and balanced color, its also IPS LCD.. but I want monitor which doesn't work as room heater and very energy efficient on Electricity bills..
My budget is 20k while czone has these monitor for 30K.. so please tell me If I can get my preferred monitor in Used..
Your Help will be really appreciated!

Dell u2711 is almost a 10 years old monitor and was one of the top lineups of the IPS monitors from dell at that time and an expensive one at that too with power consumption of 50 to 140 Watts since it has 350nits max brightness.
I would suggest you to sell it (or not and keep it for emergency back up) since its old and probably at end of its life.
Increase your budget to 30 or 35K and buy a new monitor of any reputable brand such as dell, HP, Veiwsonic, benq, aoc, etc as long as its IPS in 24 or 27 inch size. Almost all monitors are 60hz anyway so 60hz should be no problem.
Pic quality will look better on a 24 inch IPS vs. a 27 inch IPS (provided both are 1080p) since same amount of pixals are crammed into smaller space (24 inch). but that is not to say a 27 inch will not be great but slight difference will be there.

But if you wanna take a used monitor route then make sure which ever monitor you are buy, should not be more then 2 to 3 years old by manufacturing.
I wonder which city you are in?

Bro I need a Energy efficient and Cooler Monitor.. Dell u2711 is like Room Heater in my room.. Even Inverter's AC heater isn't that great when it comes to heating the room.. Which means Dell u2711 is not only heating up but also consuming lots of wattage, also causes earthing to whatever things I connect it to..
So Bro I want a Monitor in 24 or 27 inch 1080p 60hz IPS LCD with maybe builtin or attachable speaker.. Dell u2711 has good attachable speaker. Which one should I buy?? Monitor must run at coolest temperature possible and consuming lowest wattage possible.

Got it... Ok so I am assuming you will go with a used monitor so try finding Dell P2419 24''or Dell P2719 27'' used monitor.
They are Energy efficient and Cooler Monitors
You should be able to find the 24'' model in 12 to 13K in good condition in KHI since its a two year old model but do check manufacturing date on the monitor to confirm.

But remember, these may not be as bright as your U2711 as these are Energy efficient and Cooler Monitor. these have 250 nits of brightness max so the typical max energy consumption will be around 40W with average consumption 20W or less.

Are there any higher nits monitor with lowest possible wattage consumption in IPS 1080p 60hz??

Of course there are, you already got one, u2711... remember? :D
But the rule is very simple, the higher the brightness, higher the power consumption... simple!
Plus higher brightness monitor are more expensive as well...
So take your pick....
250nits of brightness is more then enough for general puropse gaming and media consumption... you can't really use the monitor at 350 or 400 nits of brightness all the time anyway since it gets too much bright unless you plan to use such higher brightness monitors in direct sun light....

The 30K price is for the new monitor... I am not KHI so I am afraid can't help you with the buying.... but you should check OLX or check your local used pc stuff market. PC stuff is very cheap in KHI as compared to RWP/ISB. A used Dell P2419 in good condition will cost like 17 to 18K here in RWP/ISB.
I suggest you make some time and go to the market and do window shopping to see what they have.... note the conditions and then make/model numbers for the monitors you think are fit for your purpose and then if you want, share that info with me. I am sure we will find something that fits your need and lasts you for a longer time period!
Make sure to focus on IPS panels...

Yeah I have checked OLX, Dell P2419 isn't available on OLX right now.... did you check your local market?
You mean you want to buy new monitor? Size? I would suggest to go with an IPS panel.
Let me know so I can suggest!

Which company makes best quality monitor? Any idea about available monitors? IPS is must in my check list but it would be awesome if it has DisplayPort because my Graphics Card have 3 displayport and one hdmi..
