Please help pm in suggesting a digital camera for home use that is capable of..

1) 10 mp photos with good/clear quality even in low indoor light
2) Good response time for no motion blur in pics
3) Very good quality HD video recording with good sound and smooth framerate

I am not too much into cameras so I need suggestions. Please mention the expected price as well if possible.

Thanks Yasir777, but I didnt asked "Where to buy", instead I am looking for help in "What to buy".

I don't believe in what their salesmen say or claim at display centre.

That is why I asking for some suggestion from PG.

I know what you asked for ! You can go to their online store , look for different models ! And then google them ! you'll get the release dates as well as the specifications or reviews ! :)

Digital Photography Review is a very good website for comparison of cameras ! :)

You should keep in mind that more mps does not equal better quality.

And I find http://snapsort.com/ a good place to compare cameras.

olympus t100 iso - Google Search

Besides the reviewers say that there is lots of noise even at low ISO settings on T100 camera. So it shouldn't be bought.

Go for the latest canon model within ur budget... U dont need to dig out the specs cuz latest models r usually loaded with features we dont even know so go ahead.. Canon is the best camera though in terms of quality IN my opinion...

Go for the Samsung WB210 if you want greater zoom, RAW, faster shutter speed and a slightly better wide angle. The Samsung also has a better screen if that interests you, and a touch screen at that. And its cheaper. Otherwise its the 100 HS hands down. Its got better video capability, a better sensor, better macro, longer exposures and 1-stop better light sensitivity.

whatever you do never go for nikon s3100, although its video quality is 7something p thing but the pictures get blurry now and then due aperture being not good enough.
i use to own olympus back in like 2010 and it served me well.
be sure to note that the BIG MP thing doesnot matter, any MP more then 8 will do the work, just look into the image sensor size and the lens, and yes i am talking about point and shoot camera (not dslr)
