hey guys pls help me i was updating my htc one atnt using official htc one 4.3 rom downloaded from htcs own website while my phone froze somehow and now it doesnt start
its stuck on a black screen which says htc and has four exclamation marks in the four corners
i restart it and it still the same
on some guides it said turn it off mine wont turn off it just restarts
and the phone is unusable
pls help me
