Hey guys, I'm Abbas from Karachi. I'm 16 and I've been gaming since I was about 4 or 5 but never knew the gaming scene had developed this much in Pakistan so this site is just a delightful surprise! I'm absolutely ecstatic to become a part of this community; I hope be an active member on here, and get to know and play as many people on here as I can.

My main console is the Xbox 360 (even though I kinda regret getting it now...) and my gamertag is the same as my nick name here. My favourite games include COD4, Halo 3, Blue Dragon, Mirror's Edge, Street Fighter IV, and of course, my main game nowadays, Super Street Fighter IV. If anyone is ever up for a fight on XBL, do hit me up, I'm always ready for a good SF match. ^^ And I'm really eager to find out what the level of the Pakistani SF players is and see how they stack up against the international monsters like Daigo, Momochi, and Justin Wong.

Good to hear another Xboxer has arrived on PG, though why do you regret getting it? There are lotsa SSF4 gamers here on PG and I heard that they can kick major ***.

To be honest, I was really right on the fence about the PS3 and 360, but playing Halo 3 on my cousin's 360 catapulted me miles into 360 territory. Haha, and Halo really HAS been worth it, but other aspects of the 360 are now starting to annoy. I got screwed over cause of the whole region code business--bought a copy of Mirror's Edge and FFXIII for a PAL system because I didn't even know this region stuff existed >.>--and I just figured out you have to pay to play online... I always thought XBL Gold was just allowed you to get extra downloads and applications like Facebook; I thought you could still play online with Silver but I was wrong. =\ So yeah, it's been really disappointing 'cause I really LOVED the 360, but then I realised that was only cause of Halo. lol oh well... And about the SSFIV players, I hope you're right, man. In all honesty, from what I've seen on Youtube, Pakistani players hardly seem to be up to the mark, but I'm hoping my stay here will change my opinion. ^^

I'm in class 10 doing my O Level from St. Paul's. I should actually be in class 11 right now, but I just moved back to Pakistan from abroad (Kazakhstan, random much? lol), and got screwed over 'cause I'm coming in from an American school... So they're making me repeat a year. >.> I've taken all the Sciences, BTW. Thanks for the welcome, bro.

And yeah, St. Paul's is shite, lol, I don't really care about it being an all boys school or co-ed, but it's education and teachers are nothing more than cow dung. BTW, there actually is ONE girl in our school. I don't know how she got in, though...

Sorry, if this is considered nerco-posting, but I really wanted to ask a few questions since I can't seem to find a "Forum Help" section or something along those lines around here...

How do you change that small, sort-of flavour text under your name? Like mine is, "PG Newbie". Do you get the option to change it after you've had a certain amount of posts, or do you have to request a mod or someone to do it for you? And these PG Forum Achievements... Is there some sort of guide on here that tells you how to achieve them? =\ And one last thing... How do I set my XBL Tag? When I go to edit my profile, there's a box to set your PSN tag but there isn't one for your XBL tag. Can someone help me out with that?

Sorry about that barrage of questions, but if someone to please answer them, I'd be very grateful.
