i suggest u E4300 / T2160 .
Reason
1 - Overclocking is NOT DANGEROUS. WAT holds u bak when u r overclocking is the temperature . E4300 overclocks like hell on stock cooler. Mild overclocking from 1.8ghz to 2.4 ghz wont do any harm .. No external cooler needed and NO VOLTAGE MODS needed.
2 - E4300 is cheappp. best buy i guess, Asus p5b will be good combination with this processor.
3 - Overclocking is not hard.. just few bios setings. ( u can run SOFTWARE PRIME95 to
chek CPU stability. )
