ur welcome...

if ur only worried about the numbers, e.g. '2' GB, 'dual' core, etc...then all the numbers seem fine...

Otherwise, I wud definitely suggest the following:

1) Replace the dual core with a Quad core....you will fall in love with ur PC then :)
2) Replace the intel motherboard with an after market one, e.g. MSI, ASUS...they mobo's offer many more features, and are designed for gaming (overclocking) PCs...Intel boards are not recommended for a gaming PC...

And you havent mentioned which display ur gonna use...with a card like 8800GT, I wont recommend anything below a 21" widescreen LCD..although it might be a big expensive...Faster cards perform better at higher resolutions...weird, but true..

But remember, if you get an ultra cool card, but get a PC with a low resolution, then u wont be 'fully' utilizing all the power of the card...

^ he doesn't have budget... quad core will mess things up... lol

replace intel board with Asus or Gigabyte ones... and get a good CPU cooler (see PG gaming rigs for advice)... if u want to know why then ask :p

8800GT is not available in pak. yet and don't buy 2900XT

buy any 2nd hand 19" monitor, it will save u money

Step up to a Core 2 Duo (E6600, if you can).
Agreed with beginner, that mobo ain't so good (don't know why most use that one for their new rigs, its crap imo). Asus P5 series is pretty good and the Gigabyte's S Seriesis pretty good and stable aswell (using GA-P35-DS3R myself).

Rest is good.

@Speedy: next time If I see any off topic replies from your end, I will not feel any hesitation in pressing the "Ban" button, the person is asking about the help in building the rig not your two cents regarding the consoles. so don't do that in the future.

@Uzi1111: you want that specs in RS 40K? it's not possible at the moment either lower down your specs or increase your budget, but one thing is quite sure you can't build a "GOOD" gaming rig in jusr RS 40K however U can get a "BETTER" deal..

^Every thing seems fine. Just replace the 8600GT with 8800GT. You can lower the processor a bit. Secondly, you can get cheaper boards if you buy asus and they are better.

hey buddy you say that your budget is 50K , if you overclock you can get pretty powerful computional power at your hands(mine kick ass of e6600 in becnhies) ...here are my suggestions
First would be mobo DON'T go for intel they are shit at overclocking (apart from D975XBX2)
mobo - ASUS commando(not in stock) / P5B / P6N-SLI(mine :D) they are excellent overclocking p965 platforms
Processor - E4500 - 8600Rs
Graphics card - you must wait for 8800GT!(if not then 8800GTS 320mb)
HDD- WD 160GB Caviar (Small cuz u do gaming) -RS 3600
Power supply - Cooler master 600W/ 460W - RS 3900 (one of the most important part usually neglected)
RAM- Corsair value 2X1GB DDR2 (DON'T buy that DDR 800 the price severely overweighs the performance)
Casing --- sasti waali (you want to spend every penny on the performance)
DVD-drive - anyone would work

TOTAL COST if you buy P5B and 8800GT is counted as 20000 will be approx 53.5K
For maximum performance you should overclock your processor to 3Ghz with P5b and e4500 that wouldn't be a problem, although CPU doesn't matter much in today's game apart from number of cores ,its all in the GPU , you should be needing that 600W power supply because your powering your expensive GPU+Overclocked Processor (there are mmany breakdowns in gaming PCs due to a thakki wi power supply)
This should be the best overclocked+gaming oreinted configuration around 50K
if you have argument about any component , just ask me and i'll supply you with links and references!

no need to buy so expensive processor. Even e4300 will do fine , overclock it a little bit and u can have very good performance.
And listen , how much games boost do u see when u compare QUAD CORE with e 4300????
Hardly a diff of 10fps. save up on ur processor , Pik a motherboard of ur choice , and
Take 667mhz ram. There is no use of 800mhz ram unless u plan to OVERCLOCK ur procesor to EXTREME...
even 667mhz ram allows decent overclocking. Save as much as possible for the grafix card, this is wat matters the mostttttttt in gamez ....

guys stop shouting about overclocking ,and i doubt that uzi1111 also dont know overclocking ,,(do ya ? uzi111) ,,so stop telling him to buy cheaper products and then overclock them to get good results ,because overclocking also reduces life cycle of processor ,and if anything even changing the V went wrong one ,.can get a 10k CPU toasted :( ,
so uzi1111 bro i would advice you to not to try overclocking if you dont know pros. n cons. of overclocking ,and if you can easily afford 50k ,then why even think about overclocking forget it its risky ,, :p ,and anyway good luck . (2t)

well overclocking is NOT dangerous if you do it correctly , i know a lot of people having using overclocked PC over 5-7 years and having no problem! well its your choice if you don't ant to overclock then still go for a P5B if you can and buy a e6600/e6400 (both are enough)
