GTA IV Icenhancer 2.0 installation problem

I have the razor 1911 release of GTA IV. And i want to use icehancer 2.0 with it. But i couldn't get it to work. What i do is that. I first install the game itself and without opening it and copy the files from the icehancer to gta IV folder accordingly as mentioned in the icehancer folders. But the game doesn't start at all . I click the game icon and nothing happens, just a command box opens for a second and then vanishes.
Any help would be appreciated

1. when you install the game.first apply crack and then check whether your game is running.
2. when its runs fine then apply the iceenhancer.
3. make sure you copy the files from folders not the folders.bcz the folders in iceenhancer contains only upgraded files and if you paste the folder into main game directory then they will replace all the builtin files from game and you game wont run.

ok got it working.
and can you tell me how to add stuff like cars, weapons etc? i have downloaded a car ''2011 Mercedes Benz SLS AMG v.3.0'' but how do i use this? where to put this file?

you need to install spark iv tool

From where to download them? And ofcourse after downloading, put them using spark iv tool as you said

From where can I download the crack? I have installed the game and it is actually asking for a serial key
