Graphics card price help?

I bought a Radeon graphics card (ATI 1650PRO 512MB AGP).I bought this card i dont remember but i think it was 16000rs is this price ok and i am thinking of changing this card so which one to buy and can you even give price of how much it will cost me and was this card worth 16000rs.My friend bought it for me and said it was one of th latest Graphics card.

ati 1650 pro for 16k when did u buy it ?

16000 or little u can get ati 4850 or nvidia 9800gtx +
