[SOLVED] Glowing lights

I'm novice when it comes to PC modding. What are these “glowing lights” called and where do I get them? Example:

As you can see the background is all blueish and looks stunning. So, where can I get the lights? Any reliable stores online? Looking forward for tips & suggestions!

Cant be sure if its the Leds or a Fluorescent black light/uv light by looking at the picture
have no idea about sheikhupura electronics market but can be found in hallroad lahore/HC

probably from hallraod but cant be sure for the exact model, and for them doing the trick, cant say, black light is different than leds, you can spray your wall with those uv reactive invisible paints to add some Ambient effects with black light etc
many gaming zones here in lahore had them so im guessing they are pretty easy to find
