then try booting into Safemode with networking and download live CD of Linux for e.g. PartedMagic. make a USB bootable and try botting it off USB and see if you get error.
Also post the error you get when U have BSOD.
If it just restarts then press F8 and select Disable Automatic Restart on SYstem failure.
Post the code of image taken from camera here

A QUICK UPDATE:

I tried the PC in safe mode. Ran speedfan to see temps:

Core 0,1,2,3 temps were 41,38,39,40.

THAT is very high in my opinion. THIS WAS AT IDLE! Usually I would have 27 idle. I also have a very well ventilated casing with CM Hyper212 cooler.

What could be the reason? I also managed to read the error code it is 0x116 something related to the Graphics adapter couldnt be reset etc.

Did you try a different GPU? First do that. If you don't have a spare GPU take it down to a repair shop when you can.

Temps can be high because of dust, and they are still in safe zone. and according to that error report it looks like graphics card problem.

Will definitely try a different GPU today. Could a weak PSU be the culprit here?
