Used 560ti would be the best buy in that price. Mention your complete specs along with your PSU.

Used 560ti would be good enough for you.

you should also consider gtx 750ti 12k used which is only 55watt compared to 560ti 170watt
gtx 750ti is two gen newer than 560ti and runs even cooler and very light on your electric bill

also radeon 7850 12k used is good option

He mentioned his budget 10k so suggesting a 12k card is rather pointless.

I checked reviews, R7 260X and GTX750 are almost same in performance (Just 2-3 Fraps ka fark)

560ti is still a slightly better performer but yes 750 is also a good option if you can find it under 10k.

you can get hd 7770, hd 6950, gtx 560ti and maybe gtx 650 ti/gtx 750
