Getting iphone 5s fu 16 gb gold for 15,000

Hello there, I'm getting iphone 5s gold fu 16 gb in mint condition for 15,000 from mobile market. Just thumb Id is not working and battery is weak.
So it's good to buy this in this price ?and is there any way to repair touch sensor and as the problem will not solve if I replace the button cause its connected with imie of mobile.

Well I guess in that case you should go for it but first try to find how the solution for the battery .
