Suggestions as you can afford a good amount.HDD: buy 3tb HDD and a 500gb+ SSD for windows.CPU: If you can wait, go for skylake Core i7 CPU or any good Core i7 4th Gen CPU.An ASUS Mobo would be great.go for a good power supply with atleast 1000 watts Gold rated.(gold rated are amongst the best ones.)Go for a R9 Fury X /Titan X as you may need a lot of video memory for your 3d softwares etc.

I don't think you will need water cooling as it is a locked processor with lower TDP 65 watt only and low-maintenance setup. You can either use the stock cooler that comes with it or if you must then go for a cheaper Cooler master 212 evo (for 4300 rs.) This way you can save some money put it towards something else.

also your choice of Motherboard can be either Asus Z170-K= 18,799

or MSI Z170A-PC MATE ddr 4 = 15900 which is cheaper.

I would also suggest Ripjaws V 16GB 3200 MHz or Trident Z 16GB 3200 MHz. Please do go to motherboard website and check if rams are supported as this is a new chipset and there are some
compatibility issues with certain motherboards.

Actually am also considering corsair ram i have been using it. and have no idea about trident or ripjaws, what you suggest which one is better?

If not into overclocking don't buy z170 board unless you are into other features offered. Go for h or b series board according to your requirements save money and spend on gpu. For cooler cm 212 will suffice.

Here is my parts list (in your bidget)
I5 6600k ---------------- 28,000-29,000
Asus Z170-A -------------21,900
Gigabyte r9 390----------37,000
Vengeance lpx 2666 8gb----8,000
Cryorig r1 ultimate -------10,000
Cryorig xf140 -----------3,500
Define S ----------------12,000
Cm v750s ---------------14,000

Total ------------------1,33,400

Good. I suggest i5 6600k for gaming purpose only. Overclocked 4.5 beats i7 6700 stock in games. And you can get i5 6600k and decent cooler in stock i7 6700 price. Asus z170-a is also available at wame price as asus z170 gaming pro with io shield and sweat features. Look at that as well. Should also consider 390 as its dx12 ready and mental support plus 8gb memory
