FIFA 15 Help Required

I have been playing FIFA 15 for about a month now, and I could beat semi-pro lower ranking teams easily and higher ranking teams hardly but I can beat them. Now the problem is that when I play with some real person they beat the shit out of me by scoring a minimum of 5 goals and me running around the ground like a retard. I can't properly defend and I can't properly attack, when I try to attack all the defenders are all our my players and when the opponent attack its their player only against my retarded goalie only, and boom rain of goals, please help me learn this game, I really really like it, but it makes me frustrated that players that started after me are also beating me

Please help.
