Fifa 14 Xbox 360 Problem

I have a PTCL 4 Mbps in Karachi. For some reason, on Fifa 14 Ultimate Team (360), I almost am never able to find an opponent, takes 20 minutes to find a game and even that has lag issues.

Any reason why this is happening, every other game works perfectly.
