Anyone else facing no connectivity for the past two days.
Service down since Sunday evening, when contacted i have been told that it was my individual problem and they will send the team but nothing happened. Next day no one responded for a whole day, at night they replied on whatsapp that there is a problem with fiber and it will get resolved by morning. again nothing happened. again today called at customer support and the lady said its down for multiple links team is working on it, they were working yesterday but couldn't complete because of rain now it will be up in 3 hours. so now its been 6 hours, no one is picking up the phone. no reply on whatsapp, one time some guy picked up the call and he put me on hold for 10 mins. its freaking me out they are fucking pathetic. how do i take an action against them. who to complain in Fiberlink, they all are same.
